Top Destinations for the Year

One of my New Years resolutions this year was to see more of the world.  In particular, I have a few trips planned for 2018 that I want to share.  Don't put this off until tomorrow, join me now and let's get out there and see the world! Here's where I'm going.

Singapore

We like to kick it off with a bang so we're traveling across the world for our first destination, all the way to one of the few remaining city-states - Singapore!!  This is one of the cleanest cities (countries?) I've ever seen.  Honestly, if it wasn't illegal to eat on the subway (which it is...), you could eat on the subway!  The city itself is breathtaking, with a gorgeous marina downtown and skyscrapers all around.  If that's not enough, you can also travel to all sorts of lovely SE-Asian destinations in under an hour... Next stop, Bali!!  Seriously, Ubud is the Yoga capital of the world.  Time to eat well, practice Yoga, and visit the sacred Monkey forest!

Paris

Next, I'm heading to the city of light - Paris!  This must be my favorite city in the entire world.  It. Is. Beautiful.  Honestly there is nothing better than just strolling through the city without a destination.  Just stop for a glass of wine and a pastry and really take it all in! My favorite neighborhood is Le Marais which spreads across the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. There are a ton of little gardens where you can grab a seat and enjoy a chapter or four of your favorite book. I'm thinking Harry Potter at the Place des Vosges :)
